Topaz is the 2015 Special Spring Sculpture released for the UK only in an edition size of just 125.
This gorgeous frog has a beautiful jewel like patina in rich turquoise blue and gold and is simply stunning. The patina is created with the bare bronze being polished to a high shine, then the two colours are applied with chemicals at the same time together with very intense heat. It is the blending with the heat which creates these colours in such a striking combination
